The Embassy’s consular section in Ottawa will be open on the following date for our monthly Saturday consular service:
Saturday, 16 July 2022, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
We will provide passport services only (application and renewal).
All applicants will need to book for an appointment through the following link until Thursday, 14 July 2022:

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the Embassy for their transaction, and photocopies of the required documents. There are no photocopying facilities inside the Embassy.

We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Montreal, Quebec, will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa on the following dates:
Saturday, 09 July 2022, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and
Sunday, 10 July 2022, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Venue: Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Montreal
Address: 6445 Decarie Boulevard, Montreal, Quebec
The consular team will only provide passport services (application and renewal) and consular notarization/legalization at the consular outreach mission.

Please note that clients for notarization/legalization will not be allowed to wait at the venue and will need to return on the indicated releasing schedule. For those who do not wish to return, you may bring a pre-paid self-addressed Xpresspost envelope together with your documents at any point during the outreach.

The wearing of face coverings/masks shall be required of all applicants at the venue. We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct, as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the hotel.

Ambassador Robles Attends ASEAN Committee in Ottawa Meeting

28 June 2022, Ottawa. Ambassador Rodolfo D. Robles attended the Meeting of the ASEAN Committee in Ottawa yesterday at the Westin Hotel.
Brunei High Commissioner Pengiran Kamal Bashah Pengiran Ahmad, in his capacity as Dean of the Asia Pacific (ASPAC) Group of Ambassadors and High Commissioners, presented to Ambassador Robles a farewell token from the ASPAC Group.
The ACO is composed of seven ASEAN member states with diplomatic missions in Ottawa, namely: Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, and Viet Nam.
