“Grab N’Eat by H&B” proprietors welcome a member of the Filipino community to their pizza outlet in Ottawa’s West End.
The Philippine Embassy in Ottawa, together with the Philippine Consulates General in Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto, have actively campaigned among Filipino immigrants to Canada to pursue entrepreneurship ventures, partly in response to the hurdles on their academic and work experience qualifications set by Canadian regulations. With the Filipino diaspora consistently increasing in numbers and almost breaching the one million mark across Canada, Filipino entreprenuers find a welcome market within the Filipino community as they establish food and grocery businesses, among others.
A new pizza outlet called "Grab N' Eat by H&B" was recently opened in Ottawa by two Filipino proprietors, Messrs. Harvey Gaso and Brian Lituania. The pizza restaurant is located at 2916 Carling Avenue, Ottawa in what is traditionally referred to as the West End of the capital. They look forward to serving the Filipino diaspora in the Ottawa-Gatineau national capital region with their popular pizzas, burgers, and chicken wings. END
