The Embassy’s consular section in Ottawa will be open on the following date for our monthly Saturday consular service:
Saturday, 15 October 2022, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
All applicants must book an appointment through the following link until Friday, 14 October 2022:

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them the complete requirements for their transaction and photocopies of the required documents. There are no photocopying facilities inside the Embassy.

The Philippine Embassy Brings Consular Services to Filipinos in Montreal and Nearby Areas

11 October 2022, Ottawa. The Philippine Embassy in Canada conducted its 7th consular outreach mission in Montreal, Quebec on 8-9 October 2022. The team received stellar reviews via Google from clients who availed services ranging from passport renewal, legalization of documents, and civil registration, to application for retention and reacquisition of Philippine citizenship.

6 October 2022, Montreal. The Philippine Embassy in Ottawa, represented by Consul General Jeffrey Salik, joined the dinner celebrating the 31st Anniversary of the Kahirup (Hiligaynon) Association of Quebec (KAQ) held in Montreal on 1 October 2022.
One of the main projects of KAQ is to provide scholarships to students in the Negros, Iloilo, and Guimaras, among others.
KAQ is one of the oldest and largest regional organizations in Quebec. Based on the 2021 Canada Census, there are 14,290 speakers of Hiligaynon, Kinaray-a, and Aklanon across Canada.

We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in St. John’s, Newfoundland, will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa on the following dates:
Saturday, 15 October 2022, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and
Sunday, 16 October 2022, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

The consular team will only provide passport services (application and renewal) and consular notarization/legalization at the consular outreach mission.

The wearing of face coverings/masks shall be required of all applicants at the venue. We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct, as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the hotel.
