We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Montreal, Quebec, will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa with the following details:
Date: Saturday, 08 October 2022, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday, 09 October 2022, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

The consular team will provide passport services, notarization/legalization, and other consular services during the mission.

All applicants for passport application/renewal must book an appointment through the following link:

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly printed application form and confirmation email, and photocopies of required documents. We have no photocopying facilities. Please note that clients for notarization/legalization will not be allowed to wait at the venue and will need to return on the indicated releasing schedule. For those who do not wish to return, you may bring a pre-paid self-addressed Xpresspost envelope together with your documents at any point during the outreach.

The wearing of face coverings/masks shall be required of all applicants at the venue. We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct, as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the venue.

Philippine Embassy Conducts 6th Consular Outreach in Montreal

26 September 2022, Ottawa. The Philippine Embassy in Canada successfully conducted its 6th consular outreach mission to Montreal Quebec, from 24 to 25 September 2022. The Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in Toronto joined the outreach mission.
This is the 12th consular outreach mission conducted by the Philippine Embassy this year.
Philippine Embassy Delivers Consular Services to Halifax

20 September 2022, Ottawa. The Philippine Embassy in Canada successfully conducted a consular outreach mission in Halifax, Nova Scotia from 16 to 19 September 2022 to serve the consular needs of Filipinos in Halifax and nearby areas. The consular team processed passport renewal, legalization of documents, civil registration, and application for retention and reacquisition of Philippine citizenship.
Filipinos Invited to Build Canada's Naval Fleet

A delegation from the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa and the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in Toronto, led by Chargé d'Affaires, a.i. Francisco Noel R. Fernandez III, visited the facilities of Irving Shipbuilding in Halifax, Nova Scotia on 19 September 2022. The delegation was received by Human Resources Vice President Jim Rennie.
Arranged by Consul, a.h. Consuelo Lacson, the visit allowed the delegation to inspect the worksite where the fourth Arctic Off-Shore Patrol Vessel of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) is currently being built. With Irving Shipbuilding contracted to build the CAF's next generation Canadian Surface Combatants (CSC) fleet, the company is currently recruiting Filipino shipbuilding employees to meet its manpower requirement for this critical contract.
