The Embassy’s consular section in Ottawa will be open on the following date for our monthly Saturday consular service:

Saturday, 19 November 2022, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

You may now book for an appointment through the following link until Thursday, 17 November 2022:

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them the complete requirements for their transaction, and photocopies of the required documents. There are no photocopying facilities inside the Embassy.

We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in St. John, New Brunswick will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa with the following details:

Date:           Saturday, 12 November 2022, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

                   Sunday, 13 November 2022, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Venue:       Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Saint John

Address:    51 Fashion Drive, St. John, New Brunswick E2J 0A7

The consular team will provide passport services, notarization/legalization, and other consular services during the mission.

NOTARIZATION/LEGALIZATION

Applicants for consular notarization/legalization must book an appointment through the following link:

Please be guided by the following accepting and releasing schedules:

Please bring photocopies of the required documents.

Please note that clients for notarization/legalization will not be allowed to wait at the venue and will need to return on the indicated releasing schedule. For those who do not wish to return, you may bring a pre-paid self-addressed Xpresspost envelope together with your documents at any point during the outreach.

The wearing of face coverings/masks at the venue is optional. We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct, as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the venue.
