We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Montreal, Quebec, will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa on the following dates:

Thursday, August 26, 2021, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Friday, August 27, 2021, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Saturday, August 28, 2021, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Sunday, August 29, 2021, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Monday, August 30, 2021, 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

The consular team will provide passport services (application and renewal) and overseas voting registration only.

Passport applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly photocopies of required documents. There are no photocopying facilities at the venue.

The ASEAN Committee in Ottawa Celebrates ASEAN Day in Ottawa

Ottawa, Canada – Ambassador Rodolfo Robles and other Heads of Mission of the ASEAN Committee in Ottawa (ACO) co-hosted on 10 August 2021 a reception celebrating the 54th Founding Anniversary of ASEAN at the Official Residence of the Indonesian Embassy.

The event was attended by officials from Global Affairs Canada led by Assistant Deputy Minister Paul Thoppil and diplomats from ASEAN Dialogue Partners accredited to Canada.

The ACO is composed of the diplomatic missions in Ottawa from Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, and Viet Nam.

11 August 2021, Ottawa – As part of its continuing efforts to engage members of the local community, the Embassy of the Philippines in Canada recently launched its official YouTube channel. The platform will provide online access to videos of Philippine Embassy events, announcements, and online projects to all audiences.
