Further to our earlier announcement, we are pleased to announce that the consular outreach in Montreal will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham, 6445 Blvd Decarie, Montreal QC H3W 3E1 on the following dates:
Date: Saturday, 6 May 2023, 8:00AM to 6:00PM
Sunday, 7 May 2023, 8:00AM to 6:00PM
Monday, 8 May 2023, 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN
The consular team will provide passport services, notarization/legalization, and overseas registration services during the outreach mission.

We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the venue.

All applicants for passport application/renewal must book an appointment through the following link:

The link will accept reservations beginning 17 April 2023 (Monday) at 12:00NN (Ottawa time).
Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly the printed application form and the required documents and their photocopies. OVERSEAS VOTERS’ REGISTRATION
The consular outreach will also accept applications for overseas voters’ registration in view of the 2025 National Elections for Filipinos wishing to register to vote, transfer their registration records, and/or update their records. iRehistro Registration Form for Overseas Absentee Voting (OAV)

The Philippine Embassy in Canada informs the public that the iRehistro registration form is now available for the online accomplishment of the Overseas Voting Registration Form 1 (OVF1) through https://tinyurl.com/ovregform1.
iRehistro is NOT an online registration system. It is only used to fill out and generate the OVF1 form with QR code.
After encoding all the needed information, the applicant must save a copy of the system-generated PDF file containing the accomplished OVF1 form on his/her device and prepare its printed copy. This printout will serve as the OVF1 form, which needs to be personally submitted to the nearest OV registration site for the processing of the application as per Sec. 6 of Republic Act No. 10590.
No personal data will be saved or retained on any server after using iRehistro. In case that the system-generated PDF file is deleted or lost, the applicant will have to repeat the process to generate, save, and print another OVF1 form.

Philippine Embassy Participates in the Algonquin College's Celebration of Cultures

10 April 2023, Ottawa – The Embassy of the Philippines in Canada participated in the 25th Anniversary of Celebration of Cultures on 5 April 2023 at Algonquin College.
The Embassy set up its booth with Philippine handicrafts, textiles, and tourism materials on prime tourist destinations. Booth visitors were treated to samples of Filipino food such as biko, pork spring rolls, and puto flan. Philippine souvenirs such as keychains, coin purses, pouches and belt bags, tourism brochures, maps, shirts, pens, and Sentro Rizal brochures were also distributed to those who correctly answered trivia questions about the Philippines.
Celebration of Cultures is an annual cultural fair organized by the Algonquin College every April. Diplomatic missions and cultural groups are invited to set up exhibits for students and employees on the college campus showcasing different aspects of their culture. END.
