The Embassy of the Philippines in Canada hosted a lecture on Women’s Health on Thursday, 31 October 2019, as part of its observance of October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Dr. Rachel Deniega served as resource person for the lecture and spoke to Embassy personnel and their family members on common women’s health issues, focusing on breast cancer awareness and the importance of early detection. We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Montreal, Quebec, will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa on the following dates:
Saturday, November 16, 2019 (11am to 7pm); and
Sunday, November 17, 2019 (9am to 1pm)

For regular passport renewal, we will implement an online appointment system. It will begin accepting reservations on November 10 (Sunday) at 12 noon.

Persons with disabilities, senior citizens (persons 60 years old and above), pregnant women, and children below 7 years old do not need to book an appointment. A special lane will be provided and they will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
In case all the slots have been taken, you may drop by in the Embassy in Ottawa, where walk-in applications are allowed during weekdays, from 9am to 5pm.
Those with weekday work may also come over to the Embassy during our once-a-month Saturday services, which are announced on our website and facebook page about one week before the scheduled date. The next schedule is tentatively on December 7, 2019.
For the following services, no appointment is necessary. Please note that since it will be on a first-come first served basis, queues may form depending on the number of applicants. Kindly ensure that you will come with all the requirements by reading the following information:

For applicants availing of notarial services on Sunday, please bring a self-addressed stamped envelope or Xpress Post.
- NBI clearance fingerprinting. Please bring one colored ID photo (sized 2” x 2”), photocopy of your valid passport, and payment of CAD 36.25 in cash.
- Dual citizenship.
