The Embassy’s consular section in Ottawa will be open on the following date for our monthly Saturday consular service:
Saturday, 07 December, 10am - 3pm
In view of space limitations in the consular area, please note that we will use an appointment system for regular passport renewals for the period 10am – 12pm. Please use the following link to book your appointment:

NOTE: If you are unable to book a passport appointment using this system, please come to the embassy after 12pm, on a first-come first-served (walk-in) basis.
Persons with disabilities, senior citizens (persons 60 years old and above), pregnant women, children below 7 years old, and their immediate family members do not need to book for appointment. They will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
For all other consular documents, such as notarials, NBI clearance, and civil registration, we will continue with the first-come first-served (walk-in) system, starting at 10am. EMBASSY STAFF UNDERGOES ACTIVE MOTIVATION WORKSHOP

The personnel of the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa participated in an Active Motivation Workshop delivered by the Professional Development Institute of the University of Ottawa. Led by Ambassador Petronila P. Garcia, the diplomatic staff went through the workshop facilitated by Mr. Jeffry Morgan, an author of a compendium of management and leadership techniques.
The workshop was the concluding module for this year’s Personnel Continuing Education Program (PCEP) of the Embassy.
PHILIPPINE EMBASSY PERSONNEL UNDERGO DIPLOMATIC SKILLS ENHANCEMENT

The Philippine Embassy in Ottawa organized a Seminar on Enhancement of Diplomatic Skills last 22 November 2019 at the Mindanao Hall of its Chancery as part of its Personnel Continuing Education Program (PCEP). The resource speakers were First Secretary Eric R. Aquino, First Secretary Greg Marie C. Mariño, First Secretary Jeffrey P. Salik, and Mr. John Turingan.
The seminar covered topics on Fundamentals of International Trade, Sexual Harassment and Relevant Rules of the DFA, HIV in the Philippines, and Cyber Threats.
The PCEP is intended to provide embassy personnel with the necessary opportunities to upgrade their skills and expand their competencies.
