Philippine Ambassador to Canada Petronila P. Garcia (left) attends, as Guest of Honor, the fellowship night arranged and hosted by the St. Scholastica College Alumni Association (SSCAA) in Toronto, Ontario on 30 October 2019. The fellowship night was also highlighted by the induction of the new set of officers of SSCAA which was facilitated by Ambassador Garcia.

30 October 2019, Ottawa – Philippine Ambassador to Canada Petronila P. Garcia received Tourism Representative Francisco Hilario M. Lardizabal on 29 October 2019. Mr. Lardizabal, who is based in New York, USA, assumed his position in August, 2019. He oversees tourism campaigns for Eastern Canada.
During his call, Ambassador Garcia discussed Plans, Activities and Projects (PAPs) in the area of tourism for calendar year 2020 which are aimed at boosting and strengthening tourism exchanges between Philippines and Canada.
Deputy Chief of Mission Francisco Noel R. Fernandez III and First Secretary and Consul Greg Marie C. Mariño were present during the meeting. –END–

The Embassy’s consular section in Ottawa will be open on the following date for our monthly Saturday consular service:

In view of space limitations in the consular area, please note that we will use an appointment system for regular passport renewals for the period 10am – 12pm. Please use the following link to book your appointment:

NOTE: If you are unable to book a passport appointment using this system, please come to the embassy after 12pm, on a first-come first-served (walk-in) basis.
Persons with disabilities, senior citizens (persons 60 years old and above), pregnant women, children below 7 years old, and their immediate family members do not need to book an appointment. A special lane will be provided and they will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
For all other consular documents, such as notarials, NBI clearance, and civil registration, we will continue with the first-come first-served (walk-in) system, starting at 10am.
