ADVISORY: eTravel Platform of the Bureau of Immigration and Entry Guidelines into the Philippines

5 December 2022, Ottawa – The Bureau of Immigration (BI) launched on 1 December 2022 the eTravel platform, a new online registration system for all international travelers to the Philippines, including returning residents.
Starting 5 December 2022, all international travelers entering the Philippines will be required to provide their arrival information and health declaration through the eTravel portal, replacing the One Health Pass and the paper Arrival Card.
The most recent entry guidelines into the Philippines can be accessed via the eTravel portal. Click on the "entry guidelines" tab to be updated regarding the guidelines.

Embassy Holds Consular Outreach in Bermuda

3 December 2022, Bermuda- The Philippine Embassy in Ottawa conducted its regular consular outreach in Bermuda from 2 to 3 December 2022. The consular outreach offered passport applications and releasing, civil registrations, notarial services, and administration of oath for applicants for the retention of Filipino citizenship.
Filipinos in Bermuda work in different sectors including in the tourism, hospitality, and finance industries. Filipino seafarers are likewise employed on board cruise vessels which call on the port of Bermuda for recreation.
Embassy Holds Consular Outreach in Montreal, Quebec

29 November 2022, Ottawa – The Philippine Embassy conducted a consular outreach in Montreal from 26 to 27 November 2022. Applicants availed of passport renewal, civil registration, legalization, and citizenship retention or dual citizenship services.
The regular consular outreach missions held by the Embassy in Montreal is part of its commitment to cater to the needs of the largest Filipino diaspora community in Eastern Canada, which now number approximately 40,000.
