The Embassy of the Philippines in Canada concluded the first Canada-wide celebration of Filipino Heritage Month with the Friends of One Vision during the latter’s “Live, Love, Laugh to Give Back to the Community” event on Sunday, 30 June 2019, at Ottawa’s Rideau-Carleton Raceway. Consul General Alan Deniega (right), accompanied by Dr. Rachel Deniega (second from left), represented the Philippine Embassy during the event.

Also present during the event were Member of Parliament Chandra Arya, Ottawa Deputy Mayor George Derouze, Elder Claudette Commanda, and Ms. Jessica Wallace of Cornerstone Housing for Women. END.

Mobile Consular Outreach in Saskatchewan (SK)

We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Regina and Saskatoon will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa on the following dates:

The appointment system will go live on July 15 (Monday) at 6pm.

Please note that only a limited number of personnel can be deployed in outreach missions. In case all the slots have been taken, please wait for our next outreach in Saskatchewan, which is tentatively scheduled in October 2019.

As another option, you may wish to schedule an appointment with the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary, or come over to the consulate during its once-a-month Saturday services. The Province of Saskatchewan is under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary, which may be contacted at the following website: https://www.philcongencalgary.org/

For the following services, no appointment is necessary at the outreach. Please ensure that you will come with all the requirements, as it will be on a first-come first served basis:

2. NBI clearance fingerprinting

For dual citizenship applications and civil registry (report of marriage or report of birth), please contact the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary. Mobile Consular Outreach in Montreal

We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Montreal, Quebec, will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa on the following dates:

            Saturday, July 13, 2019 (11am to 6pm); and
            Sunday, July 14, 2019 (9am to 12pm)

In case all the slots have been taken, kindly wait for our next outreach in Montreal, which is tentatively scheduled in September.

As another option, you may drop by in the Embassy in Ottawa, where walk-in applications are allowed, during weekdays, from 9am to 5pm.

You may also come over to the Embassy during our once-a-month Saturday services, which are announced on our website and facebook page about one week before the scheduled date. The next schedule is tentatively on August 10, 2019.
