The Philippine Embassy in Canada informs the public that the iRehistro application is now accessible for the online accomplishment of the overseas voting registration form 1 (OVF1) through the link https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ovf1
iRehistro is NOT an online registration system. It is only used to fill out and generate the OVF1 with QR code.
After encoding all the needed information, the applicant must save a copy of the system-generated PDF file containing the accomplished OVF1 form on his/her device and prepare its printed copy. This printout will serve as the OVF1 form, which needs to be personally submitted to the nearest OV registration site for the processing of the application as per Sec. 6 of Republic Act No. 10590.
No personal data will be saved or retained on any server after using iRehistro. In case that the system-generated PDF file is deleted or lost, the applicant will have to repeat the process to generate, save, and print another OVF1 form.
