We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in St John’s and in Goose Bay will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa on the following dates:

The appointment system will be ready to accept reservations on August 21 (Wednesday) at 1pm Ottawa time.
Persons with disabilities, senior citizens (persons 60 years old and above), pregnant women, children below 7 years old, and their immediate family members do not need to book an appointment. A special lane will be provided and they will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that only a limited number of personnel can be deployed in outreach missions. In case all the slots have been taken, please wait for our next outreach next year. Filipinos who intended to avail of regular passport renewal may also apply at the Embassy in Ottawa on a walk-in basis, Mondays to Fridays, from 9am to 5pm. If the applicant has work on weekdays, please consider making an appointment for our next Saturday service in Ottawa, tentatively scheduled on September 7, 2019. These Saturday services are held regularly, once a month.
For the following services, no appointment is necessary. Please ensure that you will come with all the requirements, as it will be on a first-come first served basis:
- Notarial services for affidavits and SPAs (the requirements are here: http://ottawape.dfa.gov.ph/index.php/2016-04-12-08-36-34/2016-04-13-03-10-46/legalization-of-documents)
- NBI clearance fingerprinting. Please bring one colored ID photo (sized 2” x 2”), photocopy of your valid passport, and payment of CAD 36.25 in cash.

12 August 2019, Ottawa – The Embassy of the Philippines in Canada officially launched the seventh season of Winter Escapade – It’s More Fun in the Philippines (WE-IMFITPH) in Ottawa on Monday, 12 August 2019. Members of the local community, including previous Winter Escapade participants, gathered at the Embassy’s Mindanao Hall for a presentation on Winter Escapade’s latest visitor package which will take tour participants to the heritage sites of Bagac, Bataan, Clark, Pampanga, and the singular island paradise of Boracay from 15 to 22 January 2020.
