PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ELECTIONS 2025

Registered Filipino overseas voters (in Posts/Countries adopting online voting) may vote online in the May 12, 2025 elections.

To participate, you must be pre-enrolled as an online voter. Pre-enrolment for online voting via the COMELEC Voting Portal is from March 10 to May 7, 2025.

The 30-day overseas voting period is from 13 April 2025 until 12 May 2025, at 7:00PM Philippine Standard Time.

The Embassy of the Philippines in Canada announces that the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has released the latest Certified List of Voters (CLOV) for purposes of the 2022 National and Local Elections.

All those who may be interested to view the CLOV may click the relevant link(s), scan the corresponding QR codes using smartphones, or approach a consular official at the consular section of the Chancery:

Saturday Consular Service, 12 February 2022

The Embassy’s consular section in Ottawa will be open on the following date for our monthly Saturday consular service:

Saturday, 12 February 2022, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

We will provide passport services only (application and renewal).

All applicants must book an appointment through the following link beginning Monday, 7 February 2022, at 12:00 noon (Ottawa time):

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the Embassy for their transaction, particularly photocopies of required documents. There are no photocopying facilities inside the Embassy.

Please note that, due to existing COVID-19 restrictions in Ontario on physical distancing and the size of the Embassy’s consular space, walk-in clients cannot be accommodated.

The wearing of face coverings/masks shall be required of all applicants inside the building.
