04 April, Ottawa - Personnel of the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa recently underwent an extensive whole-day training on Emergency First Aid and Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) on 2 April 2022. The training was conducted by Ms. Camryn Saunders of The First Aid Guy, one of the accredited training institutions of the Canadian Red Cross.

The Philippine Embassy in Ottawa will be conducting a Mobile Consular Outreach Mission in Hamilton, Bermuda on the following dates:
Friday, 22 April 2022, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM;
Saturday, 23 April 2022, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; and
Sunday, 24 April 2022, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Venue: Bermuda Sailors Home Hall
Address: 22 Richmond Rd, Hamilton, Bermuda
The consular team will only provide passport services (application and renewal), consular notarization/legalization, and civil registration at the consular outreach mission.

The link will accept reservations beginning Friday, 8 April 2022, 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly photocopies of required documents. There are no photocopying facilities at the venue.

Embassy Personnel Undergo Training for 2022 National Elections

Personnel of the Embassy of the Philippines in Ottawa who have been deputized by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) of the Philippines to facilitate the conduct of overseas voting in Eastern Canada and Bermuda recently attended a preparatory training conducted virtually by COMELEC to acquaint them of rules and procedure to ensure a successful national election.
