26 April 2022 – Ambassador Rodolfo Robles led the Philippine Embassy’s first consular outreach mission in Hamilton, Bermuda on 21-24 April 2022 since the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted travel in March 2020.

26 April 2022 – Ambassador Rodolfo D. Robles met with Bermudian Labor and Economy Minister Jason Hayward in Hamilton on 22 April to promote the rights and welfare of Filipino workers in Bermuda.
The Ambassador thanked Bermuda for welcoming Filipino workers in the island territory and emphasized that the promotion of the rights and welfare of Overseas Filipino Workers is one of the three pillars of Philippine Foreign Policy.

We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Montreal, Quebec, will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa on the following dates:
Saturday, 14 May 2022, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and
Sunday, 15 May 2022, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Venue: Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Montreal
Address: 6445 Decarie Boulevard, Montreal, Quebec
The consular team will only provide passport services (application and renewal) and consular notarization/legalization at the consular outreach mission.

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly printed application form and confirmation email, and photocopies of required documents. Please note that clients for notarization/legalization will not be allowed to wait at the venue and will need to return on the indicated releasing schedule. For those who do not wish to return, you may bring a pre-paid self-addressed Xpresspost envelope together with your documents at any point during the outreach.

Please also note that, under the current health guidelines of Quebec, the hotel may require applicants to present proof of full vaccination before they enter the venue.
The wearing of face coverings/masks shall be required of all applicants at the venue.
We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct, as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the hotel.
