Pursuant to Comelec Resolution No. 11061, the Philippine Embassy in Canada informs the public that submission of the list of the poll watchers for the 2025 National Elections Overseas is open until 01 April 2025.

All interested registered parties may submit the list of poll watchers to the Embassy via email, with subject line, “NLE 2025 Poll Watchers”, at This email address is being protected from spambots. We are pleased to announce that the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa will conduct a consular outreach in Montreal on the following dates:

Date: Saturday,12 April 2025, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Sunday, 13 April 2025, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

The consular team will provide passport services, legalization, reports of birth, marriage and death, NBI clearance, information and enrollment assistance on the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS) for registered Filipino overseas voters.

We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the venue. Appearance is strictly by appointment only.

Please note that an approved appointment does not guarantee that your transaction will be completed on the appointed date without the presentation of sufficient documentary requirements. Please make sure to bring your complete documentary requirements, their photocopies, and cash or debit card for payment.
