Pursuant to Comelec Resolution No. 11082, the Philippine Embassy in Canada informs the public that submission of the list of proposed media and election observers for the 2025 National Elections Overseas is open until 05 April 2025.

Interested media organizations, and civil society partners who wish to be accredited as election observers or monitors, may submit their request for accreditation Embassy via email, with subject line, “NLE 2025 Media and Election Observers", at This email address is being protected from spambots.
