We are pleased to announce that the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa will conduct a consular outreach in Moncton, New Brunswick on the following dates:
Date: Saturday, 26 April 2025, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Sunday, 27 April 2025, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
The consular team will provide passport services, legalization, reports of birth, marriage and death, NBI clearance, information and enrollment assistance on the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS) for registered Filipino overseas voters.

We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the venue. Appearance is strictly by appointment only.

Please make sure to bring your complete documentary requirements, their photocopies, and cash or debit card for payment.

EMBASSY AND CONSULATES GENERAL IN CANADA PREPARE FOR INTERNET VOTING IN THE 2025 PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ELECTIONS

27 March 2025, Ottawa – The Philippine Embassy and Consulates General in Canada and COMELEC’s Office for Overseas Voting (COMELEC OFOV) conducted a webinar on how overseas Filipinos can participate in the 2025 Philippine National Elections. This will be the first time that Filipinos in Canada can cast their vote through an online platform – a departure from the previous postal voting modality – aimed to make overseas voting secure, faster, more accessible, and convenient.
Only registered overseas Filipino voters can participate in the 2025 elections. In order to vote, registered voters will need to verify their identity and status of registration by enrolling into the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS) starting 20 March 2025 to 07 May 2025. Once enrolled, said registered OVF can cast their votes using any browsers in their own internet-capable device from 13 April 2025 to 12 May 2025, 7:00PM (Philippine time).
