The appointment system will start to accept applicants only on August 6 (Tuesday) at 6pm (Charlottetown/Moncton time).

 

Persons with disabilities, senior citizens (persons 60 years old and above), pregnant women, children below 7 years old, and their immediate family members do not need to book for appointment. A special lane will be provided and they will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that only a limited number of personnel can be deployed in outreach missions. In case all the slots have been taken, please wait for our next outreach next year. For regular passport renewal, applicants may also apply at the Embassy in Ottawa on a walk-in basis, Mondays to Fridays, from 9am to 5pm. If the applicant has work on weekdays, please consider booking an appointment in the next Saturday service in Ottawa, tentatively scheduled on September 7, 2019. These Saturday services are held regularly, once a month.

For the following services, no appointment is necessary. Please ensure that you will come with all the requirements, as it will be on a first-come first served basis:

  1. Notarial services for affidavits and SPAs (the requirements are here: http://ottawape.dfa.gov.ph/index.php/2016-04-12-08-36-34/2016-04-13-03-10-46/legalization-of-documents)
  1. NBI clearance fingerprinting. Please bring one colored ID photo (sized 2” x 2”), photocopy of your valid passport, and payment of CAD 36.25 in cash.
  1. Dual citizenship. Applicants must send beforehand to the Embassy (by mail) the requirements, which may be found here: http://ottawape.dfa.gov.ph/index.php/2016-04-12-08-36-34/2016-04-13-03-10-46/dual-citizenship). Requirements must be submitted not later than August 12. The original documents will be submitted at the outreach.
  1. For report of marriage or report of birth, applicants must send beforehand to the Embassy (by regular mail) the requirements, which may be found here: http://ottawape.dfa.gov.ph/index.php/2016-04-12-08-36-34/2016-04-13-03-10-46/civil-registration). Original documents will be submitted at the outreach.
