We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach mission will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Happy Valley - Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador on the following dates:

Saturday, 24 August 2024

9:00AM to 5:00PM

Sunday, 25 August 2024

8:00AM to 5:00PM

The consular team will provide passport application/renewal, notarization/legalization services, civil registration (reports of birth, marriage, death), and NBI clearance application. The team will also accept RA9225 (reacquisition of Philippine citizenship) submissions during the outreach mission.

Overseas Voters Registration for the 2025 National Elections will also be available on site. Filipinos in Canada who are not yet registered as an overseas voter are encouraged to register with the outreach team. Those who have not voted in the past two elections are advised to check their voter’s status with the team.

We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no business to conduct as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the venue. Appearance is strictly by appointment only.

Please note that an approved appointment does not guarantee that your transaction will be completed on the appointed date without the presentation of sufficient documentary requirements. Please make sure to bring your complete documentary requirements with photocopies and the corresponding payment.

Applicants with expiring passports (less than 6 months) who have an urgent need to travel or have need for the passport as a means of identification/supporting documentation, are requested to bring proof supporting/proving their need for urgency. You may explain the situation with the passport processor on site.

We look forward to serving you.
