The appointment system will be ready to accept reservations on February 16 (Sunday) at 10am.
Persons with disabilities, senior citizens (persons 60 years old and above), pregnant women, and children below 7 years old do not need to book an appointment. A special lane will be provided and they will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
In case all the slots have been taken, you may visit the Embassy in Ottawa, where walk-in applications are allowed, during weekdays, from 9am to 5pm.
You may also visit the Embassy during our once-a-month Saturday services, which are announced on our website and Facebook page about one week before the scheduled date. The next Saturday service is tentatively scheduled for March 7, 2020.

For the following services, no appointment is necessary. Since it will be on a first-come first served basis, queues may form depending on the number of applicants. As such, please ensure that you arrive at the outreach venue with complete requirements.

Note: For applicants availing of notarial services on Sunday (Feb. 23), please bring a self-addressed stamped envelope or Xpresspost envelope.
- NBI clearance fingerprinting. Please bring one colored ID photo (sized 2” x 2”), photocopy of your valid passport, and payment of CAD 36.25 in cash.
- Dual citizenship.
