Mobile Consular Outreach in Montreal

We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Montreal, Quebec, will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa on the following dates:

            Saturday, July 13, 2019 (11am to 6pm); and
            Sunday, July 14, 2019 (9am to 12pm)

In case all the slots have been taken, kindly wait for our next outreach in Montreal, which is tentatively scheduled in September.

As another option, you may drop by in the Embassy in Ottawa, where walk-in applications are allowed, during weekdays, from 9am to 5pm.

You may also come over to the Embassy during our once-a-month Saturday services, which are announced on our website and facebook page about one week before the scheduled date. The next schedule is tentatively on August 10, 2019.

For the following services, no appointment is necessary. Please ensure that you will come with all the requirements, as it will be on a first-come first served basis:

2. NBI clearance fingerprinting
