09 March 2017, Ottawa - Ambassador Petronila P. Garcia participated in the Roundtable discussion with Mr. Peter Hall, Chief Economist of the Export Development of Canada (EDC) on 09 March 2017.  Heads of Diplomatic Missions and Parliamentarians were also present during the fruitful discussion.  EDC provides Canadian exporters with trade financing, export credit insurance and bonding services, as well as foreign market expertise.
