Sunday, 06 April 2025, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

The consular team will provide passport services, legalization, reports of birth, marriage and death, NBI clearance, information and enrollment assistance on the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS) for registered Filipino overseas voters.
Please visit COMELEC’s Certified List of Overseas Voter - NORTH AND LATIN AMERICAS and click the OTTAWA PE, CANADA link, to check your registration status.
We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the venue. Appearance is strictly by appointment only.
Please note that an approved appointment does not guarantee that your transaction will be completed on the appointed date without the presentation of sufficient documentary requirements. Please make sure to bring your complete documentary requirements, their photocopies, appropriate XpressPost (if needed), and cash or debit card for payment.
We look forward to serving you.
