20 June 2022, Ottawa. Ambassador Rodolfo Robles and Consul General Zaldy Patron met with five future Filipino scientists who shared their experiences as students in Alberta as well as the status of their studies. They are taking their MSc or Ph. D. degrees at the University of Alberta (UoA) through a scholarship grant provided by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST).

Calgary PCG established the linkage between the DOST and UoA that led to the signing of the Graduate Scholarship Program in 2019, which now serves as the basis for UoA’s admission of the DOST scholars.
