19 March 2022, Ottawa – Purple, the official color of Philippine National Women’s Month, dotted the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Philippines in Canada as officers and staff continued their observance of National Women’s Month during the Philippine Embassy’s Saturday Consular Service held on 19 March 2022.

One Saturday of every month, the Philippine Embassy provides passport and citizenship retention and re-acquisition (dual citizenship) services to Filipinos who are unable to come during regular business hours. This provides Filipinos with hectic schedules, as well as those living in distant places, an opportunity to avail themselves of these consular services.
