13 March 2020, Ottawa – Ambassador Petronila P. Garcia attended the annual Winter Diplomatic Reception at Rideau Hall hosted by Governor General Julie Payette on 10 March 2020. 

Before the start of the formal reception, the Governor General invited the guests to outdoor activities around the Rideau Hall to enjoy traditional Canadian winter activities. —END—
