Garcia (left) met with Mr. Marco Mendicino (center), Member of Parliament of Canada for Eglinton-Lawrence, Ontario, to discuss bilateral relations, and strengthen institutional linkages, between the Philippines and Canada. MP Mendicino serves as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities.
