06 May 2019, Ottawa – Philippine Ambassador to Canada Petronila P. Garcia met Ms. Rachel P. Zozobrado-Nagayo, new Philippine Labor Attaché, on 04 May 2019 at the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto. Ambassador Garcia and Labor Attaché Nagayo discussed, among other things, welfare and labor issues of Filipino workers under her jurisdiction.

 A graduate of Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University, Labor Attaché Nagano has been a practicing lawyer in the Philippines for twenty years, and has served as a City Councilor in Davao. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City. END
