Ms. Odessa Ria Alayza Olpindo from the Armed Forces of the Philippines Headquarters is joined by Deputy Chief of Mission Francisco Noel Fernandez III at her graduation from the Language Teacher Training Course in Gatineau, Canada.

Ms. Odessa Ria Alayza Olpindo, a civilian human resources trainer from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Headquarters, completed the Language Teacher Training Course (LTTC) sponsored by the Canadian Armed Forces under its Military Training & Cooperation Program. Ms. Olpindo joined 16 other successful graduates of the LTTC during commemoration rites held at the Canadian Forces Language School (CFLS) in Gatineau, Quebec.

The Canadian Armed Forces regularly invites a scholar from the AFP to join student-officers from other allied countries in the LTTC.
