25 October 2017 - Ambassador Petronila P. Garcia received Assistant Secretary Frank R. Cimafranca from the DFA Office of Consular Affairs during the latter's visit to Ottawa today. Assistant Secretary Cimafranca was accompanied by Mr. Michael Dalumpines, Chairman and CEO of APO Production Unit, Inc. which processes the passports issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs. During the visit, Assistant Secretary Cimafranca updated Ambassador Garcia on the passport processes in Manila and replied to her requests for clarification on certain passport-related issues raised by the Filipino Community in Canada.
