Ambassador Rodolfo D. Robles spearheaded a virtual consultation between Philippine Foreign Service Posts in Canada and the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) with the intention of seeking clarificatory guidance on civil registration issues encountered in Canada.

PSA was represented in the virtual consultation by OIC Assistant National Statistician Marizza Grande, who was supported by officials from the PSA Legal Services Division and its Civil Registration Division.

The principal officials of the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa; the Philippine Consulates General in Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto; the honorary Philippine Consulates General in Winnipeg and Halifax; and the Philippine Overseas Labor Offices in Vancouver and Toronto joined Ambassador Robles in the virtual dialogue.
