Ambassador Rodolfo D. Robles welcomed participants to the webinar hosted by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in Toronto on Online Payroll Deductions and Tax Preparation for OFWs based in Quebec. The online event took place on Saturday, 31 October 2020.

This was the first event attended by Ambassador Robles with the Filipino diaspora in Canada since his arrival in Ottawa early this month.
