09 September 2019- Ambassador Petronila P. Garcia led the Philippine Embassy’s participation in the annual ASEAN picnic held at Lac Leamy Parc, Gatineau, Quebec on Sunday, 08 September 2019, organized by the Indonesian Embassy as the incumbent chair of the ASEAN Committee in Ottawa (ACO).

Ottawa PE family enjoyed the zumbathon, participated in the ACO Amazing Race and tug-of-war, as well as savored with gusto the various delicious ASEAN cuisines served by ASEAN Missions.

The ACO is composed of the 7 ASEAN member states with diplomatic missions in Ottawa, namely: Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, and Viet Nam. END
