The Embassy consular team led by Deputy Chief of Mission Fernandez with the officers of the Filipino Association of Bermuda which provided assistance during the consular outreach in Hamilton, Bermuda.

The Philippine Embassy in Ottawa sent a 2-person team to Bermuda to release the new passports of Filipinos residing in this territory and provide notarial services. The Embassy Team also visited the Westgate Correctional Facility. The consular mission took place from 11 to 12 March 2019.

The British Overseas Territory of Bermuda falls under the consular jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa and is home to approximately 1,121 Filipino temporary workers or Bermudians of Filipino heritage.
