In her capacity as regional Dean of the Asia-Pacific Group in Ottawa, Ambassador Petronila Garcia organized a seminar on protocol and policing for representatives of Asia-Pacific diplomatic missions in Ottawa, with senior officials from the Protocol Department of Global Affairs Canada and the Royal Canadian Mounted Policy (RCMP) as resource speakers. The event was attended by more than 35 participants representing 17 diplomatic missions from the Asia-Pacific region.
