14 January 2019, Ottawa – Ambassador Petronila P. Garcia, in her concurrent capacity as Dean of the Asia-Pacific Group of Ambassadors, received the newly-arrived High Commissioner of Barbados, H.E.Reginald R. Farley, at the Chancery on 14 January 2018.
