Consular clients await their turn by watching Filipino television shows on two monitors in the Consular Section.

The Philippine Embassy in Ottawa held today its final Saturday consular service for the year as the country prepares for its traditional harsh winter. The Philippine Embassy, together with the Philippine Consulates General in Calgary, Vancouver, and Toronto, offers a once-a-month Saturday consular service to the public in order to facilitate transactions with clients who can only visit on a weekend. 

These Saturday services have proven to be very popular and convenient to the Filipino communities in the Ottawa-Gatineau national capital region and those traveling from adjacent cities, including Montreal. 

Embassy personnel process passport renewals, notarization, and other services during the once-a-month Saturday consular services.
