28 November 2018, Ottawa – Philippine Ambassador to Canada Petronila P. Garcia met members of the Canada-Philippines Parliamentary Friendship Group today at Parliament’s Centre Block Building on Parliament Hill. The group discussed upcoming projects with the Filipino communities in their respective ridings as well as plans for the commemoration of Canada’s first Filipino Heritage Month in June 2019 and the 70th Anniversary of Philippines-Canada diplomatic relations in the same year.
