Deputy Chief of Mission FN Fernandez and Deputy Consul General Bernadette Fernandez join officers of the Ontario Silliman University Alumni Association (ONSUAA) which hosts the annual Dumaguete Fiesta celebration in Toronto.

 The Philippine Embassy joined the officers and members of the Ontario Silliman University Alumni Association (ONSUAA) in celebrating the Dumaguete Fiesta in Toronto last 24 November 2018.

Silliman University was established in 1901 by American missionaries in Dumaguete, the capital of the province of Negros Oriental in Central Visayas. ONSUAA hosts the annual Dumaguete fiesta celebration in Toronto to raise funds for the benefit of deserving academic scholars attending schools in Dumaguete.
