05 November 2018, Montreal, Quebec – Ambassador Petronila P. Garcia graced an evening highlighting Filipino music and talents in Montreal. Panday Tinig Chorale Ensemble spearheaded the event and successfully showcased the diverse musical heritage of the Philippines.

On its 33rd anniversary, Ambassador Garcia congratulated Panday Tinig for showcasing Filipino music and talents in Montreal. “Music is deeply ingrained in the consciousness of Filipinos and it has long been our medium for sharing emotions. Tonight’s event truly exemplified the beauty of Filipino culture in Canada,” the Ambassador said.

Panday Tinig Chorale Ensemble was organized in 1985 and remains one of the most active Filipino community organizations in Montreal, Quebec. END
