On 28 September 2018, Ambassador Petronila P. Garcia hosted a dinner at the official residence in honor of Mr. Pedro Antunes (2nd row, 1st from the left), who was the guest speaker at the Queen’s University Asia Pacific Ambassadors’ Forum held that day. Asia Pacific Heads of Mission attended the dinner.
