The 4th Meeting of the Philippines-Canada Joint Commission on Bilateral Cooperation convened in Ottawa from 20 to 21 September 2018 and was co-chaired by DFA Undersecretary Enrique A. Manalo and GAC Assistant Deputy Minister Donald Bobiash.
