Members of the Canada – Philippines Parliamentary Friendship Group met with Philippine Senators during their visit to the Philippines from 20 to 23 August 2019. Led by Member of Parliament Kevin Lamoureaux, Parliamentary Secretary to the Leader of Government in the House of Commons, the delegation met with Senate President Pro-Tempore Ralph Recto, Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon, Senator Loren Legarda, and Senator Sherwin Gatchalian.
