Meet our guest facilitators for the first day of the Embassy’s summer camp, Ms. Stephanie Bea (Ate Stephanie) and Ms. Feona Awas (Ate Feona). They are students of Carleton University taking undergraduate studies, and currently serve as officers of the Carleton University Filipino Students’ Association (CUFSA).
Join us as we explore Filipino cultural heritage with Ate Stephanie and Ate Feona as they showcase Filipino values and culture through folk songs and nursery rhymes, teach us how to prepare the famous Filipino summer snack, halo-halo, and introduce some pinoy kids games.
Summer camp’s first day session on 27 August 2024, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Sentro Rizal Ottawa, Mindanao Hall 3F of the Embassy.
