The Board of Foreign Service Examinations wishes to announce that the conduct of the Foreign Service Officer Examination (FSOE) - Qualifying Test to be administered by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) will be held on Sunday, 28 January 2024.

The Embassy of the Philippines in Canada is accepting completed application forms based on the following guidelines:
- Application forms should be printed on 8.5" x 13" (long bond) paper;
- The applicant must be a natural-born Filipino citizen;
- The applicant should be a holder of at least a four (4) year bachelor's degree and provide a transcript of records, a diploma or certificate of graduation, and
- The applicant should have undergone employment and/or undertaken further studies for two (2) years after graduating from college or university.
A non-refundable fee of PhP 500.00 (or equivalent amount in foreign currency) will be collected from the applicant.
