We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Bermuda will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy on the following dates:
Date: Saturday, 9 December 2023, 9:00AM to 4:00PM
Sunday, 10 December 2023, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
The consular team will provide the following services: (a) passport application/renewal, (b) notarization/legalization services, and (c) NBI clearance application. The team will also accept RA9225 (dual citizenship) and civil registry submissions during the outreach mission.
Overseas Voters Registration for the 2025 National Elections will also be available onsite.

Please note that an approved appointment does not guarantee that your transaction will be completed on the appointed date without the presentation of sufficient documentary requirements. Please make sure to bring your complete documentary requirements with the required number of photocopies and the payment.
We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the venue.

PASSPORT
All applicants for passport application/renewal must book an appointment through the same link above.
Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly the printed application form and the required documents and their photocopies. Applicants must submit a prepaid self-addressed FedEx shipping label of your choice that can deliver from Canada to Bermuda. Otherwise, you may arrange for a courier service to pick-up the passport at the Embassy in Ottawa once you have been informed that it is ready for release.
NOTARIZATION/LEGALIZATION/CIVIL REGISTRY/OTHERS

Please note that clients for notarization/legalization will not be allowed to wait at the venue and will need to return on the indicated releasing schedule.

OVERSEAS VOTERS’ REGISTRATION
To do so, please request an OV Form 1 from the processor at the venue then fill out the form. Present the completed form to the processor along with your valid Philippine passport (or any valid document proving Philippine citizenship) and its photocopy.
