We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Montreal, QC will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy on the following dates:
Date: Saturday, 28 October 2023, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Sunday, 29 October 2023, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
The consular team will provide passport application/renewal, notarization/legalization services, and NBI clearance application. The team will also accept RA9225 (dual citizenship) and civil registry submissions during the outreach mission.
Overseas Voters Registration for the 2025 National Elections will also be available on site.
We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the venue. Appearance is strictly by appointment only.
Please note that an approved appointment does not guarantee that your transaction will be completed on the appointed date without the presentation of sufficient documentary requirements. Please make sure to bring your complete documentary requirements with photocopies and the payment.

PASSPORT
All applicants for passport application/renewal must book an appointment through the following link:

The link will accept reservations beginning 29 September 2023 (Friday) at 12NN (Ottawa time).
Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly the printed application form and the required documents and their photocopies. Applicants must submit a pre-paid self-addressed Xpresspost envelope, with a signature sticker, which may be purchased from Canada Post or its agents.
NOTARIZATION/LEGALIZATION
Applicants for consular notarization/ legalization must book an appointment through the following link beginning 29 September (Friday), 12NN:

You will receive a separate email on or before 3pm of 27 October (Friday) with your notarial schedule.
Please note that clients for notarization/legalization will not be allowed to wait at the venue and will need to return on the indicated releasing schedule. For those who do not wish to return, you may bring a prepaid self-addressed Xpresspost envelope (with signature sticker) together with your documents and their photocopies at the time of your appointment.

OVERSEAS VOTERS’ REGISTRATION
The consular outreach will accept applications for overseas voters’ registration for the 2025 National Elections for Filipinos wishing to register to vote, transfer their registration records, and/or update their records.
To do so, fill up the iRehistro OV Form (https://tinyurl.com/ovregform1) then print out the completed form. Present this form to the processor at the outreach venue along with your valid Philippine passport (or any valid document proving Philippine citizenship) and its photocopy.
